A Strategic Shift Is Underway at Beacon College Prep - and It’s All About Scholar Success!

We’re excited to launch the 1-2-3 SHIFT for Scholar Success. At Beacon College Prep, we’re leveling up our academic program with a transformative new strategy designed to provide more targeted support, stronger instruction, and better results for kids.

1 - High Quality Tier 1 Instruction

Provide consistent access to High-quality Tier 1 Instruction so that all scholars can achieve mastery, reducing the number of scholars in Tier 2 and Tier 3 by 2027-2028. #FlipThePyramid

2 - Two Co-Principals

Two Co-Principals will share leadership of key priorities—driving instructional quality, deepening staff development, and enriching the scholar experience.

3 - Three Co-Teachers

Three Co-Teachers will provide real-time instructional support in K-2, lead small group interventions, reinforce positive behavior, and promote social-emotional growth to support the whole child.
